The Beauty Spot Missionary Baptist Church located in Fayetteville, North Carolina is currently looking for a pianist. The ideal candidate should have a great appreciation for all types of music that would enhance the overall worship experience at church.
The pianist will report directly to the Pastor and must be willing to follow his Lead and to work alongside the Lead Musician to assist in moving our music ministry to the next level.
Responsibilities / Duties
- Be available to play for outside services (as needed)
- Be available to practice consistently with all choirs, praise teams and groups on a weekly basis
- Play the piano and work cohesively with the Lead Musician to provide an effective worship experience for the congregation
- Must be able to play skillfully and teach vocal parts when needed
- Must possess the ability to play a variety of styles of music (traditional, contemporary, praise and worship, and quartet) and to add to the overall worship experience at church
- Must be punctual to all services and required programs
- Must be dependable, consistent, friendly, and professional
